When did France research a 12"/45? Per the gun table, that is a 1900 level gun. I see France was researching the tech in 1902H2, but we dont have record of doing rolls for it. Therefor, the 305/45 under research in 1902/H2 is not yet legal for France. Please get the mods tech roll information so we can clear this up.
