So for clarity (headers appear to be presumed)

Italy has   39.7 M population, 7 BP and 44.5 IC  a GDP of 2106 (how is this used?)
and a budget of 80  (by region:  industrial population + 1/5 non industrial population + IC

a sample turn would spend at least $40 on economy
Correct

Quoteresearch max = $3  (1/2 of BP)
The fraction is rounded up, so Italy can spend $4 on research

Quotecost of maintaining ships troops is based on size and  readiness

but the Impero  of 16 kT is under construction

once completed in year ?? upkeep would be  $0.8 for war ready or $0.4 for active
Italy have never posted any report, so that ship can be ingnored, and shoul be ingnored as it would fall apart at sea, (hull strenght far below 1,0)

Infrastructure has no upkeep cost, right so far.

upkeep active= 5 rating * 10 corps *.5 * .5 =  $12.5
upkeep reserve = 5 *10   * .5 * .1 = $2.5
upkeep total = $15 per half year
Correct

Notes on Italia:

- "Burundi" also includes Rwanda and all of @ Deutsch Ost Afrika that wound up west of the Opened Afrikan Rift.

- Impero Italia also includes a few of those New South Atlantic Islands...but <0.1 population and 0 for everything else there.

- I'd strongly reccomend starting from scratch on the Italian fleet...and modeling it on the @ Italian fleet as much as is possible* within N-verse economic constraints. Italy had a number of very cool ships...Dandolo, Re Umberto, Benedetto Brin and Giovanni Bausan all come to mind...

* - Might want to avoid the Regina Elena type "proto-battlecruisers", though, as Brandenburg's Rohirrm-built Blücher is a clone of that type. ;)

Italy? It would be nice to have someone to keep the Austrians occupied...unfortunately new players can't join wars straight away.
