Iberia's first 1911 report. 
Completed an IC in Algeria that came online this turn and finished construction of several destroyers and other small craft. 
I added my colonies and spread my deployment/land points to cover them. 
Two warships finished scrapping this turn and the resources (about half a BP) will be available next turn. 
Started and completed investment in several colonial IC.  I wasn't sure if my colonial possessions with Port symbols received an automatic IC so I left them blank this turn report. 
I have loads of extra BP being carried over (16+).  May need to start marketing that...

Ports don't get an automatic IC, but they do get a -$5 reduction in cost to build one. You do get 5 "free" ICs in H1/1912.

I could use some 1905 Submarines and have free cash if you need to burn some BPs

oof I paid full price ($15) for the two I just built.  Could have almost finished a third.

The New rules, with the +5 IC, and the cost reductions, took effect at the beginning of HY 2 1912...not HY 1.

Works for me either way.  I'm just finishing 1911/2 now.
