When Minister Capet has his time to use the French supplied MagnaVoiX system, he adresses the people in their own language. The speech is stilted and childishly simple. But as Jean Jacques Capet points out, he is wishing to serve the Ukraïnian people, and learning a new language takes time, time he didn't have. But if the people give him the chance to prove himself as their servant and leader, the language will be used as it should.

Afther this short message, a professional orator takes over, and tells the people in hearing range why Jean Jaques Capet is the best option for Ukranian ruler, and outside hearing range by means of pamflets send, dropped, mailed and what ever means needed to get the people .

The speech brought by monsieur Capet, and the pamflet distributed all over Ukraïne.

Monsieur CAPET SPEAKS TO THE UKRAINE

People of the Ukraine:
The time for decision is NOW.
The Ukraine stands at the crossroads.  Behind you stretches centuries of greatness. Before you lies the choice of either poverty, obscurity, and tyranny; or the chance to reclaim your birthright and stand tall among the great nations of the earth.  The golden throne of the Ukraine is empty and it is up to you, the People, to select the man to fill it.

I do not stand before you to fulfill my own ambition.  But I have heard the call of the Ukrainian people in their hour of need.   Monsieur Capet is here for YOU.
There are those who say that minister Capet craves only power and to fufill his own ambitions. My record  is known and had I wanted high office I could have remained on the soft path in my native France.  That is not my WAY.

They say that monsieur Capet has not sprung from the rich Ukrainian soil. To that I confess guilty, as I also confess my love of the Ukrainian people.  Your nation is my nation. Your pain is my pain.  Your ambition is my ambition. "Ukraine" is carved upon my heart.  We are ONE.

They say that monsieur Capet is of low birth, but were not also some of the greatest kings of Rome?  Have I not earned my nobility by my deeds? Can I earn  your aclaimation, for without the consent of the people, no ruler can keep his place?  Can I not say that I have the interests of the people in my heart rather than those of any great or foreign house?  Can I not say that I AM WITH YOU?
The Ukraine is a nation with a destiny; a destiny born of a history of greatness,  of sacrifice, and of heroism. I do not come to rule the people of the Ukraine, but to serve them in grasping that destiny that Providence holds out before them like a shining jewel.  I will lead you out of confusion and despair and back to your rightful place in the world.  Together, we will build a land of Peace, Prosperity, and Glory.  Together, we will make the land whole.  Together, we will go forth into the bright future that is OURS!

LONG LIVE THE UKRAINE!
