To make some sense of the confusion of what happened in the Torres Strait. I split up the fleet among the two forces. The newer ships would have the more loyal sailors. That would give the monarchists the USNSS Monarch and the 8 Saipan class destroyers present. The Independance, the Auroras, and the William Tells would be under rebel control. Note that not everyone on the loyalists ships would be loyal.
