I revise my catchup reports? I'm leting yall know im doing it just to avoid the HEY you couldn't do that coments.  Both Ships I built (off the rough outline I was given) now that I have the SS reports on them I realise require the 1909 engine tech (20k hp/shaft) and while I was working on it I hadnt finished it yet when they were layed down.

That's fine - do what you have to do.
