1.) When transferring a '2x as long' tech, do they transfer at the same rate? I had been transferring primitive FC before the rule change. DO I stil get it at the end of 1st/1909, or must it wait till 1st/1910?

2.) For all other techs, we just transfer over by date, correct?

FC was "secret" tech so research takes the same time.
