Point 6.  Iberian declaration of war on the Neatherlands.  (Hey that is different.  Usually these things result in more people going to war with the Swiss.)

Point 6 does not appear to be directly related to any of the 5 Points, but born out of recent historical grievances mixed with Dutch reactions to Point 2.
