Ok people at war hurry up and finish your damn turns before I have to declare war on one of you.  It's either that or go Philipino (yes I know what that means) course I could do both great fireworks, good news, and would give me a reason to go sink some ships...

Ok all jesting aside, how long till H2 I can't post my airplane story till then anyway.  Hmm maybe I should invade new Zion...

(looks furiously for the 11" negotiation tools where did i put them damn things anyway)
"He either fears his fate too much,
Or his desserts are small,
Who dares not put it to the touch,
To win or lose it all!"

James Graham, 5th Earl of Montrose
1612 to 1650
Royalist General during the English Civil War

LOL...

"Slow 'er down, there, Willard..."
The war's almost over, and the belligerents are almost out of ships.
Wait till then to do any attacking... the pickings will be easier. ;)
So 'ere's to you, Fuzzy-Wuzzy, at your 'ome in old Baghdad;
You're a pore benighted 'eathen but a first-class fightin' man;
We gives you your certificate, an' if you want it signed
We'll come an' 'ave a romp with you whenever you're inclined.

Now imagine running part of the war....

If the players were not so overconfident this war may not have started and certainly would not be continuing.  But they'll learn....sooner or later.

Tanthalus, I feel your pain.  It's been a long war.  On the other hand, I get a sense that the end is near.

Take the time to develop some background for Italy.  I'm sure the rest of us would be interested in knowing who the important people are, what your foreign policy is, and so forth.

Some writing on Italian fleet doctrine and thought is also intresting to read and debate.

The end is always nearer than it was the previous day.

A shoe on one foot, a boot on the other foot and I'm almost afraid to ask what he's wearing behind the sign...
... Yes, sir. That looks like your above average Swiss Prophet to me. :D
