Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

When in Rome...

Pretty Much.  I'm looking at potential options to produce relatively competitive classes under 27,000t as well, as 27k is the 3 year threshold.....build large monster Battleship and smaller battleships for other roles.

Trivial note : Economic Summary - Cell G47 is no longer autosumming.  I presume you typed 0 in it. Should be like G48.
And with that earth shaking news I go back to prepping the 'colony count'.

Oh - on smaller battlewagons, you're seeing the Parthian take - either big armored cruisers (the Dahaes would not be that big if not for the Japanese BCs and Byzantine Europas) or refurbished old battleships.  Though I am thinking Jefgte's 6x approach might be worth exploring.

Yeah, there's one cell I have to work manually for the ic/BP development.

I'm seriously considering a 6 gun "dunkerque" in the near future to account for these super cruisers and battlecruisers that are getting ever more prevalent.

You can just drag G48 up to G47 and it will copy the formula for you :)

The Dahaes are far more like the "Dunkerque" than intended.  Slightly more guns and armor, slightly (.5) less speed. Though the French ships were 4 years later, and seem to have skimped on structural steel, as they took damage in a heavy storm off iceland. So..less than 1.0 hull.

Jefgte actually has a range of heavily armored 6-gun ships and I find it hard to plan for opposing his fleet and the IJN with the same vessels. Then throw in the Roman monsters, who disregard the Arms-Armor-Speed triangle by simply going larger and having fewer. Three very different approaches.

Ok

And yeah, the mayans are like the Byzantines.  And then I have the Roman's.   Their solution to the arms/armor/speed triangle ......make a bigger triangle
