Byzantium builds a new DD class, TB & TGB every 2 years.
In 1932, 1933, D8 class (12DD) will be rebuilt from 1000t to 1100t with 120 guns.
The 1900t D15 class (8DD) will also be built.
In 1934, an evolution of D15 class (1900t) will be started.
A class of colonial TB or DD (900t-1200t) will also be started.

for 120 tons, 13% more, you get a much better gun. The 58lb round fires a little further, but has 79% more impact.

It's a pretty good 1100 tonner.

Difficult size range to manage.

I just can not fit all the things I want to on a 1000 ton hull,
or the 1100 ton- that was the starting point for the Gurg/Vakharz classes.
The replacement Saihgus is 11% larger than those but 15% larger than this.
