Finished 11 IC in colonies as well as a BP in Eko enclave.  Yay for getting to the point that BP cost more.

Various techs underway.  Started a new 500mm/45 planetsmasher because reasons, and 250mm/35 and 200mm/25 howitzers as possible shore bombardment weapons.

Laid down battleship Jan Ingenhousz, a CL and four TB as usual.  Other light units include 10 MTB, 3 coastal escorts, 4 harbour defence boats, a minesweeper, and two river gunboats.  A Rysy-class gunship, two river depot ships, a sloop, and a salvage tug also begin.  It's actually a lot of different things.

Notable completions are BB Friedrich Herschel and AC Rajtar, along with a CL, 4 TB, a sloop, and a depot ship.

The Union's last active predreadnought is struck from service and preserved as a museum ship.  Ten I-class TB and the entire batch of Type 1901 river gunboats are converted to razor blades.

Note that most new 1931 designs were simmed with 10kt cruising speeds.  When I post them to the encyclopedia, some will be adjusted to present at 15kt cruising speeds instead.  No other details will be altered.
