For a 1917 design, especially one that's so cutting edge everywhere else, I find the slow cruising speed to be anachronistic.  You'd think she'd have a 14kt cruise at least.

The cruising speed is sloth I will admit.  I want something close enough for my story and leave it at that.

Definitely a monster.  Though thinking about US BB aesthetic a bit and looking at the picture, I'd probably do the secondary as 6 casemates on the main deck and 4 single mounts above the casemates....rather than stacking two sets of casemates.

With superimposed casemates, hoists are double.
They will be easier to fit T2x127 during a subsequent overhaul.
