I will follow the example of my Russian Neighbor and attach the draft Excel Doc for now.

Navy is placeholder as I have to go through the Spring Sharps sent over by Rocky.  I have no construction as of yet.  IC total updated after private talks with Mods.

Lots of forts, lots of coast defense and big standing army.

EDIT:

All but 4,500 tons of navy entered in.

The TB's I owe other players are being built.
Per mods declaration on BP conversion 10 BP being turned into cash.
Tech entered in; Germany takes 1900 Reserves as its free Tech.

EDIT2:

Here is the excel with updated research and the new divisions.  I hope there are no errors in this.

Guess you will need to tweak it a little since your military budget is $35.6625 and what you spent on the military is $36.16853333...

... and I would try to spend that leftover of $0.01 as well. :)

miketr

The max military budget is technically $42.225 and not $35.6625 so I will work on the reporting for that.  The actual left over $0.006467 so M'EH...

Well, looking at the spreadsheet I guess the German Government thinks otherwise. ;D

But I have it the same way in the spreadsheet (since I copied it from yours) so I need to correct that as well.

Copying of other peoples spreadsheets brings up an interesting point.

I took mine from  Guinness and made changes to it.  If people are going to use excel it might be a good idea to have an official version.  Otherwise we could have errors creeping in.

I took Logi's Japan's example report spreadsheet, put it on a memory stick, loaded it onto my laptop, saved it in a different format, copied the new version to the memory stick, copied it to my PC and worked with that, replacing all the Japanese stuff by the Chinese stuff. I later took the 'BP for Foreign Orders' bit from your report and put it into mine and then altered it so it adds to the cash and subtracts the BPs. As far as I can see, your spreadsheet (and thus Russia's spreadsheet) is the same as mine, although I did just make the additional change that the cash gained from selling the BPs is added to the military budget as well and not just the total budget.

BTW, something I just noticed in your spreadsheet when I loaded it to compare it to mine is that it indicates that the country is Russia.

I redid the Italian sheet from Snip's new one this weekend.
Noticed the problem with the research formula that I posted in Clarifications.
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

I redid the divisions of Germany.  Will post the map shortly.

I tried to come up with something that reflects something like the historic divisions.
