New Admins

I've made KWorld an Admin, and removed all others beside myself that were in the Administrator group. This change came after a couple of weeks-long consultation period with the Former admins.

Doing some archining to get things ready for a clean restart.  All the sections that have vanished from where they were have been moved to the Navalism 5 Archive area, nothing has been deleted.
