As of right now, I have 4.84 BP available for 1900H2. Give me a good enough offer and I might be able to squeeze some more out of some building programs.

Germany currently has 31.96 not yet used BPs in 1900H2.

The Japanese are looking to keep their smaller shipyards busy and have ordered a glut of Taku Maru-class cargo/transport ships. Not as sexy as colliers perhaps... but they are still looking to see if there are any interested buyers.

The US and Imperial Russia have reached agreement on a deal to send 13 BP per half-year from the US to Russia in exchange for $13M per half-year. This deal runs from 1900 through the end of 1901.
