what I reported my own post to myself as an experiment... this is what happens when you let Marines play with high tech toys.  and Heya Rock dont supose you wana be Iberia  :P ok ok since you twisted my arm you might convince me to let you have Brazil (nice lonley streach of realestate no neighbors as of yet)

If europe is too crowded for you, then how about something in south America? There should be a few cash ($) rich and BP poor (read: none) countries there. I think you would be the first one there.
