$1.5 per BP if a design currently in production with the Imperial and Royal Navy
$2.0 per BP if requesting a custom design (must use Hapsburg tech, IE guns, engines, etc that Austria-Hungary has)

EX a TBD of 1,000 tons has a base price of 1 BP and $1.25, if it is currently in service / production with  Austria-Hungary the order would be $2.75.  $1.25 to cover production costs and $1.5 profit for STT/A-H.

Currently there is 4 BP available for purchase in 1900-H1.  First come, first serve.
