Just by itself it looks fine, its when you compare it to the ammount it would have cost under N3 rules you go WTF (atleast for me).  I however am waiting for the updated version to do more testing.

Looks good, I just unziped it and put in my test fleet (damn its amazing how much it has changed since I first started working on it) I get $3.74 from the original N3 numbers (still hasnt changed amazing I know) and $5.69 from the new system with everything listed as active (definetly still reasonable).

Tinkering with the spreadsheet - how do I account for auxilaries built to merchant standards?  1/4 the light displacement but keep the bunkerage the same?
