Your casemates are all "on centerline, evenly spread" instead of "on sides, evenly spread" and you only armored your forecastle deck

Other than that, the only thing 'off' is the caliber the guns. Most guns were not 45cal in 1880. Examples to follow:

UK: 12"/25 Mark I and II (1882), 9.2"/26 Mark I and II (1881), 5"/25 BL Marks I, II, III, IV, and V (1875)
US: 8"/30 Marks 1 and 2 (1883), 6"/30, 35, and 40 Marks 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7 (1883)
RUS: 12"/30 Pattern 1877, 12"/35 Pattern 1886
Spain: 28cm/35 Model 1883

ledeper,

Again with the 45 caliber guns?
Chop them to a historic caliber, and you will save a lot of weight.
So 'ere's to you, Fuzzy-Wuzzy, at your 'ome in old Baghdad;
You're a pore benighted 'eathen but a first-class fightin' man;
We gives you your certificate, an' if you want it signed
We'll come an' 'ave a romp with you whenever you're inclined.

per lower the Caliber on the Guns mate, /35 and /45 is way to long for the period, You need 12/25, 8/30, and 6/30.  Might want to find an armored belt somewhere, as your last 2 Spring Sharp reports show no belts whatsoever.

Looks good if a little heavy to me, what ship are you using for your baseline or is it just random? the BC feals high same with the forward freeboard, and for 1880 I think the minimum Composite is 1.10.  SS3 takes some geting used to, if you want ill take a stab at her see what I can do.

I think this is what your trying for.  Course I could just as easily be wrong as right but either way here is my take on your ship.

Just something out of my head,with a little inspiration from "Jane`s Battleships of the 20th century.
Here it is tweaked to composite strength of 1.10,reduced speed by 1 knt,and with my old emphasis of sea keeping

I agree with lenght/caliber-20/25/30 are more current for that period.

look at NAVWEAPONS

http://www.navweaps.com/Weapons/index_weapons.htm

No TBkh - the first TBs were built in 1875 with poor performances, so, 47 or 37mm guns were added vs early TB.

Your belt is idealy 100% , not 115%.

Add
Shells per gun, main battery: 80 to 100
Misc weight : 100 to 200t

I'm starting to wonder about the mixed 8" 6" battery. The 8" won't have a sufficient RoF advantage over the 12" nor a sufficient range advantage over the 6" to make them worthwhile, IMHO. I'd just go 12"/6" and maybe leave enough misc weight to allow the addition of some 47mm or 57mm Anti-TB guns later, if warranted (IC of course).
