Let's see if I did this right ;)

Note that per Kirk's continuity most of the Chinese fleet is foreign constructed, or at least foreign designed. I intend to (re)sim the Chinese-designed ships. I've made a proposal to Kirk about how I go about that.

Distribution of forces will come in the 1912H2 report after I digest the war reports (so I'm aligned).

Really puts things into perspective, I had no chance... China is significantly stronger than Japan.

China is a somewhat bigger power.
The Chinese fleet list was provided to you before you took hostile action so you could consider if you wanted to commit to war.

The Chinese fleet was deliberately divided so you could try to defeat them in detail.

You decided to go to war, you decided to try to defeat them in detail. That almost, but in the end, did not work.
In the end, you wound up fighting the war where China preferred to have it, and where they could maneuver against you.
