First line says (I think) "Fuji-Q wa kuma no seisku suru chi desu" which means something like "Fuji-Q is Bear country" (or a bit more literally "Fuji-Q is bear live place" or so).
Second line says "kuma wa doko ni demo imasu"... which I might be able to figure out (as well as the rest of the sign) were it not that it is about 3:25AM here at the moment.

But I think it might be your regular bear sign warning you not to approach them and not to feed them.

The potential of NS in this area of research is just scary. Kodiak Bears in Alaska and Saltwater Crocs in Australia  :o But the real capablity lies in the Fighting 'Roos of Oz, in hand-to-hand fighting the kangaroos could be decisive.
