I like Bacon, in other news so who we gona declare war on first?  Do we hold an Iberia stomp, or a Dutch Stomp... its not like either would be much more than a spead bump atm if France stays neutral (ok so we could turn it into a France stomp to since neither of his allies can offer jack in their own defence).

J/K btw but seriously whatwere Logi and DF thinking...  and on a side note who do yall think will declare the first war? I imagine it wont be us (outside the likley Japan Russia war)

Japan may declare war first because, lets face it, declaring war on her own terms when she is prepared to start hostilities is a Japanese trademark... But Japan would consult her allies first and she would have no other choice.

A Russo-Japanese war on the other hand...

Japan-US non-negotiations are proceeding well.  Several IJN officers have been invited to attend the Naval War College in the United States.

Japan is seriously considering reaching some sort of limited term "understanding" with Russia over Japan's sphere of influence in Korea and Russia's influence in Manchuria.  This would probably be backdated to 1899 or 1898 and expire on 1 Jan 1901, unless ratified for another 2 or 3 years.
