Special Address from the King of the Riddermark
In a diplomatic message addressed to international parties currently posturing around the world, Theocro, King of the Riddermark, states that Rohan and the Anahuac Empire are primarily concerned with each other...the problems between the Normans, Germans, French, and Russians are not Rohan's chief interest. Should Rohan be forced into a wider conflict, Rohan will defend itself and the "New World", but currently has no plans or interest in the "Old World" outside of ecomomic interests.
News that the Rohirrim cruisers should have recently arrived in Frence controlled waters near Clipperton Island, Rohan has puts forth that their warships' primary mission it to engage Anahuac targets and pirates. They have no intention of firing on other nationalities unless fired upon. Should New Swiss, Russian, or German forces be spotted in French waters without a declaration of war, Rohan will ask that they withdrawn after any existing engagement is concluded in the interest of maintianing the peace. Should the New Swiss or Germans be at War with France and Swiss or German vessels lay claim to the islands, it is not in Rohan's interest or mission to defend French territory from other nationalities, only pirates and to hunt Anahuac raiders.
