Title: Russia seeking Foreign Capital
Post by: Blooded on May 24, 2009, 12:53:15 AM
Hello,

Do you lack oil resources? No Platinum? Food shortages? We can provide you with what you need!

Imperial Russia is sending out trade representatives and missions worldwide. The Mission? To seek foreign capital investments in Russian infrastructure, industry and economic resources.

The terms:
For every full $25 (Civilian) invested, the investor will gain a $0.5 (Civilian) per half interest payment.
For a full $50 (Civilian) invested, the investor will gain a $1.25 (Civilian) per half interest payment.
For a full $75 (Civilian) invested, the investor will gain a $2.5 (Civilian) per half interest payment.
The cycle would then return to the start.

Example:
Investor A invests $25 in 1H1917, he recieves $0.5 return each half.
Investor A then invests $50 in 2H1917, he recieves $2.5 return each half.
Investor A then invests $50 in 1H1918, he recieves $3.75 return per half.

The initial investment is estimated to be paid back in full within 5 years(or whatever time frame the investor requests) .

Investing countries whose IC levels are above their POP can expect to make high returns!

I'd love to - but I've got outlying territories to expand ...

Logic suggest that if people invest enough into Russian and China, those nations will be bankrupt and forced to sell their armies and ships because they would have to pay more to the investors than they create revenue. :)

Even nations whose IC levels are below their POP can make money with this. If you invest $75 into an IC for your own nation, you get $1.80 next HY. Investing it in Russia/China will give you $2.50 next HY. :)

Walter, there's no need to bring logic into this discussion.

It's an interesting offer. We have other commitments, but Bavaria will at least send a trade mission, or even several, to assess conditions.

It's an interesting idea (the RRC offer too, if I hadn't just been on the verge of war with them) but GC's picked up its own under-developed backwater to play with for a while.

Don't worry. Nations would need to invest more than $11400. At that point you would have to pay nations more than you are creating.

You can make more profit when investing into China and Russia. Smell the money. :)
