Title: SS3 v SS2: A comparision using Scharnhorst

This is a comparison of an SS3 version of Scharnhorst and an SS2 version. I've noticed the following differences, but if you see others, please point them out.
Light tonnage is 182t less w/ SS3

In the distrubution of weights at normal load the following:
SS3 weights followed by SS2
1,439t for armament, including 40t for the 4 TTs - 934t
5,642t for total armor - 5,727t
