The Past (Maddox/Borys): Bavarian naval weapons were non existent. French and Austrian sources of knowledge have allowed knowledge of gun foundry and techniques for up to Austrian and French 13"/40 are known, however facilities for guns larger than field pieces were not present.

The Future :
Bavaria intends on developing weapons in 15mm increments from 15mm-90mm, then in 30mm increments from 90mm to 210mm, and then 45mm increments from 210mm to 480mm. Obviously better techniques will be needed for the larger pieces.
Current technology gives a prospective line up of :
15/30mm MG, 45/60mm RF cannon, 75/90/120mm QF, 150/180/210 BL. This was to be followed by a 255/300/345 series, but with the 10" RR gun in place, the next weapon to offer the desired attributes while maintaining chamber pressures within safety margins for Bavarian gun-casting techniques was a 330mm similar in raw dimensions to its Franco-Austrian antecedents, but firing a heavy shell.
Second round, using 0.7 shellforms and caps.
The following figures are from the "Big Gun" program. They are not accurate. They are likely reasonable for Bavaria's new design 1912 APC shells (the 1908 tech).
The largest unknown variable is the appropriate shell form factor to use. Big Gun gives a range of 0.6-0.8, and has a further adjustment for Capped vs. Uncapped.
Presumably the Navalism 1916 tech is 0.8 capped, the 1912 tech is 0.7 Capped, and the 1905 is the 0.7 uncapped.
Big Gun addresses armors as "face hardened" or later WWII. The difference likely alludes to earlier armors having non-optimal face thicknesses and alloys. Face hardened has different penetrations for capped vs. uncapped, while the WWII armors would have a thicker homogeneous backing and all shells impacting would be capped.
Realistically, cruiser and deck armors often were not face hardened, and later armor development found homogeneous armors superior up to roughly 8 inches.
For these tables, all armors are assumed face hardened, capped shell. Deck values are likely overstated somewhat.
Gun MV and range is either default for the oldest pieces, or based on Kg/Mv permutations which give the Tech-level appropriate ME.
