The design is predicated on a few techs I'd need to work on. Mostly the 5" guns w/ their twin mounts and the 1916 engine tech. I'd also have to expand one of my type 2 slips to a type 3.

1917AC, NUS Armoured Cruiser laid down 1917 (Engine 1916)

on centreline ends, evenly spread, 2 raised mounts - superfiring
      16 - 5.00" / 127 mm guns (8x2 guns), 60.00lbs / 27.22kg shells, 1917 Model
Quick firing guns in deck mounts with hoists
on side, all amidships, 4 raised mounts - superfiring
      4 - 1.00" / 25.4 mm guns in single mounts, 0.50lbs / 0.23kg shells, 1917 Model
     Anti-aircraft guns in deck mounts
on centreline, all amidships, all raised mounts - superfiring
Weight of broadside 10,962 lbs / 4,972 kg
Shells per gun, main battery: 100
   2 - 21.0" / 533.4 mm submerged torpedo tubes

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
     37,271 lbs / 16,906 Kg = 30.3 x 13.5 " / 343 mm shells or 5.9 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.10
   Metacentric height 6.0 ft / 1.8 m
   Roll period: 17.2 seconds
   Steadiness   - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 57 %
         - Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.53
   Seaboat quality  (Average = 1.00): 1.13

Hull form characteristics:
Hull has raised forecastle, rise forward of midbreak
   Block coefficient: 0.500
   Length to Beam Ratio: 7.21 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 26.85 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 53 %

IMO...

Too big for a NUS AC.
28 000t is for a BB
Too much ressources (BP) for "1" AC

;)
