The big one: I've got around 24 BP a half right now, and not much to spend it on except ships, so if I really wanted to build her, yeah I could, as soon as I have 1916 propulsion tech. 33,000 tons can also build me a pretty mean 10x15" 21 knot battleship too though.
That first design would get you into the fan club without even having to pay entry fees.

I could probably afford two of the big ones at most. They'd probably have to operate together most of the time, so I'd just keep them in whichever ocean GC has the Warriors :)
