I presume you meant deck level, not hull mounts. Just leave the "below deck" box as 0 to solve this.
Honestly, and I know one likes to make their own designs, for that weight you'd be better off doing a upgraded SBB-1910 design. http://www.navalism.org/index.php?topic=1367.msg20788#msg20788 (http://www.navalism.org/index.php?topic=1367.msg20788#msg20788) Only 318t heavier, roughly same speed, and double the firepower. Throw in 1912 engines and you can probably get more speed on a slightly modified hull.
Probably the problem is without the original design saved onto my computer I find it difficult to recreate some designs - I will look at some of my older designs and try to recreate them onto my computer - That and I wanted to play with Twin Turrets - I think Im going to have to build a bunch of new guns and turrets.....
There a better armored Cruiser.... or small battle ship

Only gun turrets/guns that are above the main deck have to be "raised". I'm guessing that this is supposed to be "A" & "Y" as triples and "X" as a raised twin, correct? If so just put a 2 in the 'above deck' box and leave the 'below deck' as a 0. Check my "Battlecruisers in RL" thread in the General Naval Discussions to help judge were she'd rate. Not bad overall IMO. Keep trying, they're getting better.
*Grumbles* Thats what I get for copying a ship verbatum and then altering it from my Ships list I altered the one of my BC you quoted below. I will fix this...
Hey can your remember where the post concerning refiting ship with Fire Control... I reall dont want to have to do complete refit especially not on the ship which just finished it 3 month shake down cruise in 1912.
Latest version doesn't include this so I don't know if it's still valid. Check w/ mods.

So if still valid $0.5 + 5% total ship cost. Doesn't say how much time it takes though.
Thanks and here is the fixed ship lowering those turrets allowed me to put some more armor back on it..... ;D

Almost there. To lengthen the main belt you may have to add some weight if you don't want to cut back on the end/upper armour.
And definately an Armoured Cruiser/Armoured Frigate/Battlecruiser/Whatever you wanna call it, but w/ 8" main belt and 9" turret faces she's not a BB.
I caught it just after I posted it lengthen belt .7 Inches shorten Ends .7 Inches...... I agree she is some sort of Really Heavy Cruiser of Battle Cruiser but defenetly not a BB. I need the speed for scouting until I can actually get that Carrier up and working..... :o *not likely soon*
