Are there rules to reuse old turrets on new ships?

It seems Vanguarding isn't in the rules anymore.
But reusing guns/turrets -in the past- was simple- all the reused components could be detracted from the BP cost- Barbettes excluded.
Yes. Treat it as components, subtract BP and price for turrets. Perhaps refurbish them.
