175t misc weight is excessive, 125-130t should be enough.
Draft is a bit deep for my liking, BC is a bit low. I'd decrease beam too. by 1-2'.

I suspect that the intention is to have the B and K gun to be superfiring, but as springsharp does not place guns at forecastle height, the raided mounts have to be forward or one of them will not be able to fire forward.

I'm not sure I understand...how would I rectify this to get the biggest broadside?
As of Korpen's sketch not much space is left for torpedo tubes .
The quarter inches of the deck and belt armor is unnecessary. I think most game system considers like 1" resolution in belt and 0.5-1" resolution in deck armor.
I realized that machinery takes up a lot of the space, you could increase the draught back to 19' (German cruisers of WWI had about 18-20" draught).

It looks like it fits, actually.
Ya, barely, the forward side turrets can't elevate all that well because of the superstructure and the B and X mount can't fire over the A and Y mount, they're to close together. Now looking at it I'd like to slide all the upper works backwards toward the stern so there's more open deck on the bow for the wash to break at speed.
Also, kinda looks like an AA cruiser w/ all those 19mm
