Since the fox has left us I have three questions and not just two.
Q1) Whats are the rules to raise a sunken wreck? There is a dry dock in the port so once I get it floated I can repair it.
Q2) Which brings us to the next question, what % damaged is the NSS Launceston considered?
Q3) Since fox is gone, Iberia would like to buy the wreck from the New Swiss Government; in which case may just scrap the thing in place. So could one of the moderators handle this in place of Desertfox

Q1) I would think that, depending on the damage and the depth of the water where it sunk, it should be possible. Perhaps a bit of damage to be added since the ship was submerged for a while.
Q3) Well, DF did say "But do not fear, NS will be left in the hands of someone who can continue the Standard Swiss Policy of Hurting People and Breaking Things"... *hold up hand* ... I would think that it depends on the damage the ship sustained but the most likely answer would be "if Iberia can make use of the remains and wants to buy it, that will be possible".
Excellent! You can examine the wreck and see what caused her to sink!
The Swiss had previously been rather insistent that their "war graves" be left alone...until they were ready to raise them in person, anyway.
In that case, the correct reply would be "if Iberia can make use of the remains and wants to buy it, that will be possible once we have raised it and examined it ourselves" (OOC: and removed any important material and equipment from the vessel).
It is unfortunate that DF told me he would be away for a couple of days so won't get answers to a few questions right now.
Ahoj!
Yes, the DF scarcity blocks several issues. Ripples in the pond ....

bah lol tis all good gives me more time with the ship he abandoned in Somolia. (mumbles about not even being able to start the reserch to RE the damn thing)
Back for a short while.
NS did want L raised, repaired,
and returned. However NS is in the hands of someone else at the moment.

I didn't leave any ships in Somalia. There are a few in New Zion but not in Somalia.

darn thought you were leaving one in somolia for some reason...
I'll assume NSS Anchorage made it to New Switzerland, rather than attempting to make it all the way back to New Zion in her condition. NSS Olympia and NSS Pegasus are still in New Zion along with a pair of Torpedo Boats (ex-DBK) and the wreck that once was SMS Herta. And the whole of the Jewish Zion fleet.
Anchorage was on her way home. Olympia and Pegasus where going to be repaired just enough to sail back home where they were to be turned into museums. The 2 TBs were turned over to the Zionite Navy, while Herta...well lets say that someone got hold of her...
I will put it this way as to the NSS Launceston; without a cost to raise / repair her I am going to let her rot in the harbor.
Sooner or later I will get around to scapping her in place.
My view as to rumors of her sinking being anything other than a horriable accident; clearly Dutch slander designed to cause trouble. ;)
