We don't do turrets with 6 inchers. Replace with mount&hoist. That should improve stability, which doesn't look that good. But the design needs some work - you have excessive hull strength. Even if you wish to build in the reinforcments necessary to carry 600 mines, 1,47 is still excessive.

it seems you have forgotten to add the range and crusing speed.

IIRC it is 1,5 tonne per mine. But I may be wrong on this. Will check.
