Superfiring?  Rather ahistorical
If the San Luis class is from from 1892, you did not have the superfiring tech yet.
Side by side :)


Apart from that quite nice ships, both classes.
Both could trade some stability for some seakeeping, especially San Luis. Maybe half a foot more of freeboard?
