Finished development of the new 350/50 and 200/50 guns and related mounts.

New lay-downs include another CL, a depot ship, a fast minelayer, and the usual small stuff.

AC Ulan and korsarz Sep are completed, along with smaller stuff.

Hamburg's first 250m drydock expands to 300m.

Plenty of refits.

2 air ports and three coast defence points picked up.
