TLDR;

More work on BP, finish 2 IC

Finish 1928 DD and 1933 Signals

Build a LOT of subs and MTBs, 1937 is the year of the sub and MTB, doing mass replacement of old subs, expansion to new subs, and about to replace all my aging GTBs with modern MTBs.

Building up a little in land, deployment, and fort points, the former for the semi-permanent presence in Parthia, the latter to bring Christchurch up to a proper naval base with full defenses.  Also building up my airpower as that's the only area I can hope to directly compete with Rome, and new long-range torpedo bombers mean the Gulf and Caribbean are even smaller now.
