I looked at battlewagons in that size range, almost went with the 45,000t 8x435mm.
Adds 2 HY to the build time, but average cost is slightly less to go to 54,000.

How is the 180mm multiple decks arranged?
I see an 100mm upper belt, is there a 40mm splinter deck over 140mm main deck arrangement?

You have large amounts of misc weight, as we all do these days.

Curious such a big ship has 1 AC, and 30t instead of 25?
Likewise, Enhanced Hydrophones are 15tons.

As typical you allocated a tremendous amount to pumps in addition to the standard ones.

Ironically, I try to keep draft below the Real-life WWII limit for Suez, despite Snip eliminating that, and Parthian warships not expecting to rely on Suez. So there is no reason for me to stick at 9.6 so often.

Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest
