Nothing too exciting here.  Accelerated the laydown of the fourth and final D-class torpedo-boat to free up a little bit of BP in 1935.

Two BC and a BB in refits/refurb, plus a couple CL, twelve sloops, and some subchasers.

Two air points added.

Two BP added, some IC underway.

1932 CR and DD tech and 1933 signals techs completed, look out for transoms soon.

Minor thing :
One issue I've noted with completing 2 BP in the same HY is that the 1st sometimes puts you over a price threshold.

Looking at this turn, You're completing #60 for $100, but #61 should be $110 cost, not $100.

For 1935 I will try to put together a Summary of nations again everyone
will have a better idea of their relative sizes.

Pretty much sums up the first time I hit that problem...
