In my slow updating of the Encyclopedia,
I also took a look back at 1924.0 - 1928.0 completions to see that I had accounted for them correctly.

2 Battlewagons, 2 Armored Cruisers, 2 carrier types, 6 full cruisers, 15 small cruisers, 26 destroyers,
3 fast minelayers, 1 fleet sloop, and 23 motor-gun-boats make the 'regular' forces completed.

However, there's a host of Aux vessels listed as well.  The 1920s mark a period where Parthia, having expanded and sprawled across the world, found that it was very overextended. An Aux force helped address that, giving Parthia a rear-area force, while freeing combatants for the main war.

Much like Wilno had tales of pirates, I expected to have tales discussing small insurgencies, pirates, and just the problems of keeping he peace and showing the flag.

This has led to a large number of 'fleet' destroyers for long range, 'frigates' for Maritime patrol, 'Corvettes' to serve as very long range destroyers, most recently a new 'fleet sloop class', as well as a host of gunboats for territorial controls.

These were to be supplemented by a variety of vessels for 'coast guard' and 'rear area' duties.

Mines had alreay been viewed as a problem, and the arrival of the submarine was additionally problematic for Parthia.
Both as potentially something to attack the fleet, or an amphibious beachhead, or a sneak attack in harbor - or exiting harbor,
but also the inherent threat to the Sea Lines of Communication if one was to abandon the Cruiser rules of war.

This influenced Parthia's stance in the two Sino-Japanese Wars, the Caicos War, and the Mayan war,
where had a party abandoned the Cruiser Rules, they would have received a firm warning, and then Parthia would have taken the other side.

However, to keep this threat valid, Parthia also sought to agressively plan on having to fight such an assymetric threat
This meant the 'Patrol Sloops' were multi-role, while the "Gnat" hull was put to 3 different uses.
