adjustment : Was double checking things and found the "Tonnage built this turn" sum function was missing the last two PS-2 sloops, for 0.15/hy, so backdated it and made it a penalty this turn.

Complete : 1926 Aircraft, 1920 Amphibious Tech, 1925 Submarines
Many tech research budgets are reduced to minimum of 0.25.

Begin 1925 tech versions of many of my guns and mounts.
An entire suite of AA guns are researched, so they can be compared in practice.

Naval Summary
...with the Kaliferns and the first two reconstructed Gilgamesh on sea trials, no battleships are building.... but the second two  Gilgamesh begin reconstructing.

My encyclopedia is woefully out of date,
so while I watch a movie, I am compiling a list of what refits I have done, and when.
So that I can make sure my encyclopedia has the current version.

In the process I have noted that I finished the recon of the first 2 Gilgamesh in 1926.5,
So the ones currently being rebuilt will finish 1928.

So this revises HY2, 1927 to
1) property show the state of the two vessels.
2) Reduces the BP put in, because some was already spent.
3) reduces $ on IC, boosts LP/AP/FP spending

as a bit of curiosity, it appears that 1919-1927.5  I've spent :
$329.68 and $142BP

A big part of that was the fleet refits in 1922-23 which updated the Fire Control and AA
but overall, that's a lot of destroyers/cruisers/battleships worth of BP to keep the older vessels
viable. Still cheaper and faster than new construction, but I really didn't realize I'd spent that much.

Since we're summarizing, I took a stab at it.

I broke my navy into categories that better explain what I think their role is.

One may notice that while I have an insufficient number of capital ships,
I do have smattering of other types.

I've temporarily stopped building TBs, because the answer of "well how many do I need"
...well I seemed to have enough. But the TBIV series...ancient but refurbished, will be replaced soon,
as they are deployed to the Strait of Malacca, hiding in the estuaries. Old as they are I figure the 80 to be a threat
to anything less than a main battlefleet...and certainly a threat to any amphibious force attacking Sumatra.

Starting to build my 1928 HY1 turn, I noticed
- forgot 4 PS-2, 5 Gnat GB, 3 Gnat SC, 3 Gnat MS completed
- I planned to scrap a torpedo boat carrier, 12 sailing armored frigates and the 2 elderly minelayers.
I noted "SCRAP" on the Naval Summary and 0'd out the hull count to take them out of service. Forgot to mention that.
...but I think I'll keep the TBC as it was refurb 1920 and I may want another base hull for convesion,
...and I'll keep 4 of the Frigates but move them to training. it will be nice to have some Tall Ships as training vessels.
All 12 were recently refurbished, but I've replaced 8 now, and the rest soon.

Anyhow all that costs... $0.50 more maintenance.
