Jefgte,

Each time I do the pre-turn summary, I check what folks have built,
and that includes what was previously built in the territories + what they were completing.

Unless I am mistaken,
I think the numbers in Economic Summary, H15:H42 are supposed to be the number of IC built in that territory.
You seem to be missing one in H40, as you have 12 built in All Australian Territories, not 11.
