TL;DR

Repairs, Repairs, Repairs.  All ships in construction completed, 2 ships with minimal (quayside) repair work fixed, Martinique IC fixed, Martinique damage to docks partially fixed, 2 ships with still relatively minor repair work fit into open docks and fixed.  Lots more to fix next year.
