Looking at the HY1 1922 report, you had
86 Home IC
and built 1 new one in Egypt.

Looking at the HY2 1922 report you still have
86 Home IC.
You again build a new one in Egypt.

I could be mistaken, but
I think you owe yourself an IC in cell E9.

Correct, lines 68 and 69 were skipped in 1922H2.
I reinstated the forgotten IC for Egypt in 1922H2 and update 1923H1.
