In HY1, 1921 you list 31 BP,  having added one to both Central and North.
The correct number should be 30.


You complete 5 colonial IC- based on prior expenditures.
Those expenses did not show up in HY 2, 1920, nor on the HY1 1920.

Please correct the HY1 and HY2 1921 turns.

No worries, the long period of time between me starting the half report and me actually finishing them, lent itself to potential errors. Didn't hurt to give them another look over.
