1921.5
Edit- apparently having the Warships and OOB included boost the file size past the 384k allowed.
So I will strip them off and figure out just what to do about that.

Features :
New TAB !
Finally, Parthia has a Warships tab, listing the fleet and it's vitals.

Work in Progress TAB - the OOB tab is not finished, but I plan to move my fleet tracking there.
The format is to be how many of each class is assigned to the squadron/fleet operating out of the designated port.

I have strong hopes that in this format I will actually keep my OOB up to speed.

Economy : Build 1 BP, finish 5 colonial IC.
Assumes Aztec payment as promised.

Research : Nearing completion on 3 techs, continue 330L43.9 replacement for Enki, Gilgamesh and Smurgh classes, start new 180L47 with a 90kg shell @ 816mps and integrated power assist. Designed to be manageable with and without PA, it has a big more punch.  In addition to the Power Assist mount& H, new turrets are designed, so ROF/rate of train, etc can be compared.

Technology : Just lists my tech

Artillery : Lists all the Parthian guns and mounts

Naval Summary :
The Mus-Sag conversion to an experimental Carrier is commenced.
The Refurbishment of 2 Rustam ACs is commenced. They will also be the trial platforms for the new 1918 FC system. The 1918 FC will then be retrofitted across the fleet in 1922.

4x Zemaka armored cruisers are continued
2x Moulek Cruisers are continued
2x Bakr Sentry Frigate are completed
4x 1919 FDD are completed
2x 1920 Corvette are completed
4x PS-1 are completed
4x PS-1 are laid down
8x MTB-D are built.

3 x 150m drydocks are extended to 150m
4 x 50m drydocks are extended to 80m.

Warships
fairly self explanatory and long overdue.
Now lets see if I can keep it up.

OOB
I really have not kept up the 'word doc' OOBs well.
I think having a spreadsheet where I simply say the #ships / port,
and those are subtracted from those in class...that should really help me keep on top of this.

Non-Naval
Same old same old.

Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

Ok lets see if I strip the spreadsheet down to those two tabs, I can post that...bet I can.

You'll notice in the Warships tab, I have 'service life', which works off mid 1930s Royal Navy numbers,
except for the MTBs, which I stuck between Subs and MTBs.

Anyhow, that adds those many years to the completion date, to estimate when that ship should be
retired or really need refurbishment to be viable.

The OOB tab is just incomplete.
But the intent should be evident :

list ship classes on left.
list ports they can be assigned to across the top.

There is an equation in the "reserve" field that subtracts the # assigned to ports from # in class.
So if 4 assigned to ports and 6 in class, 2 shown in reserve.
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

Jefgte

This board represents a considerable work.
Compliments.

I also have a board with 3 marines, but not as detailed.
Byzantium, of course.
Parthia and Japan, the most likely adversaries.

For your Parthians board, the most interesting information is the lifespan. I will add it for my ships.
"You French are fighting for money, while we English are fighting for honor!"
"Everyone is fighting for what they miss. "
