Is there a speed bonus when the machinery is only 39% of normal weight?

Nope, that vessel is under the Cruiser architecture, not DD, so no speed bonus.
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

Why singles and not three twins or two-guns?

QuoteWhy singles and not three twins or two-guns?

I think singles have a little higher ROF than singles, but gunners are less well protected. A hit on the upper turret can neutralize all the personnel of the 3 singles.

I prefer the 3T2 assembly.

It comes down to the quantity-versus-quality problem, eh?

Perhaps you'll find value in producing some of each for different areas.

More economical than a Destroyer and more effective in fighting against MTBs which proliferate in small Navies,
these TGBs can work with 27kts colonial cruisers.

The lack of a published Ethiopia navy is unfortunate, but it likely has quite a number
of light combatants to guard their coasts.

The carrier is interesting, I think to limited for my taste, but similar fighter carrier concept to the Bazdari class...  fun to see a range of options out there

Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest
