The battleship Johann Encke and four new torpedo-boats are laid down in addition to the ongoing submarine and small-craft building programs.

The armored cruiser Czarownik is now completing dockside; Watazka is not yet launched.  Two Warta class protected cruisers are completed.

The two Wspanially class predreadnoughts are refurbished per recent postings in the Boogaloo thread.  This should keep them mildly useful for the remaining years of their operational life.

First Vitava-class protected cruiser goes to the breaker.

IC construction is actually mostly at home, and a BP is built.

Techs progress but nothing is completed.  New 15mm machine guns and 150mm BL guns begin development.
