So,

Finished up my Parthian turn because...well 1920.0 is here.
I was trying to get around to shift the various region boundaries around
and make sure I have the various rich/poor/prime/barren/port stuff properly worked out,
but that will have to wait.

Highlights :
Finish 8 IC
Build 1 BP

Complete 1912 Destroyers
Complete 1910 Motorized HQ
Complete the 365L50 gun
Start the 57L60 AA

Refurbishments of 2 Mus-sag TBC as seaplane carriers.
Simple Refurbishments of the Aux - Hawg class, and Dragonfly gunboats.

Finish 4 Patrol-Sentry, start 4 Patrol-Sentry...
Finish 4 of the new 1919 Fleet Destroyers 1143t.  They will now run trials and test before Parthia commits to building a huge batch of them.
Continue construction of 2 of the Fleet Escort Frigates.
Continue construction of the Vazra and Stormbringers. Almost there !

Added new validation fields for garrison/support to my non-naval page.
Have more than I need everywhere, and several sets of "Marines" assigned various places.
I zeroed out the forces set aside for expeditionary purposes, as I may pause for a HY or two... but I have lots of LP/DP in the Marines and in the Homelands.

Extend docks in Ria and Brunei from 160 to 190m.

Ok, now that Parthia's caught up, time to do the colony count stuff and get 1920.0 rolling.
