Completed some techs, started some new techs.

Finished the big run of D and E class Destroyers, that'll conclude DD production for a little while as there's now a modern fleet DD force in play.

Large ships still in production, planned completion for all by December of 1921

Completed a BP, started a new BP.  BP being the thing the Sultanate is so horribly behind on.
